2-Year Limited Warranty

Effective 30 September 2026

1. Commercial warranty

Eligible physical products carry a 2-year commercial warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal intended use. The product page states whether this warranty applies. This voluntary warranty does not shorten any statutory guarantee. Local mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

2. Typical covered faults

  • Switch or pushbutton failure under normal use.
  • Rotary encoder or push-encoder malfunction.
  • Internal electrical or PCB fault.
  • Backlight, annunciator or display failure not caused by misuse.
  • Assembly defects that materially affect normal operation.

3. Commercial warranty exclusions

This voluntary warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, unauthorized modifications, incorrect wiring or power, liquid/impact/heat damage, or software configuration issues that did not result from a hardware defect. These exclusions apply only to the voluntary warranty and do not remove a statutory remedy for non-conforming goods unless the applicable law allows that limitation.

4. Remedy and service

For a confirmed covered fault we will arrange an appropriate repair, component replacement, unit replacement or other remedy. Mandatory law determines the available remedy where it grants broader rights. Email msaerodev@gmail.com with your order number and a description; photos or video are helpful but are not a condition for statutory rights. Do not ship a unit until we send return instructions.

5. Return shipping

Shipping costs for warranty service depend on the confirmed issue, destination and mandatory consumer law. We will explain any customer-paid shipping before a voluntary repair and will not make the customer bear a cost where law requires the seller to pay.

6. No waiver of legal guarantees

This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, the customer's statutory rights and remedies. If a warranty term conflicts with a non-waivable legal protection, the legal protection applies.
