Terms & Conditions

1. Seller and these terms
These terms cover orders, downloads and services sold by MIKE SIERRA AERO, operated by 마이크시에라 에어로 (MS AERO) in the Republic of Korea. Seller identity and support details are on the Seller Information page. Flight-simulation hardware and software are for simulation use and are not certified for aircraft operation.
2. Product information and order
Review the product description, compatibility, selected options, price, delivery charge, estimated timing, cancellation/refund policy and any safety information before placing an order. Checkout displays the final amount and payment obligation. An order receipt confirms submission; if we cannot accept or fulfill it, we will notify the customer and refund payment for the cancelled portion.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, destination taxes, customs and import charges are described in the Shipping Policy. The order total shown at checkout controls the purchase.
4. Pre-orders and staged payments
When a product is offered by pre-order or staged payment, the product page and checkout show the deposit, total price, remaining balance, payment timing and delivery estimate for that order. Any deposit is part of the stated order total unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy and remain subject to mandatory law.
5. Compatibility, changes and intended use
Compatibility varies by product, simulator version and third-party software configuration. Each product page lists current support and system requirements. Hardware and software are intended for flight simulation unless a product page states otherwise; they are not certified for real-aircraft or safety-critical use. Small-batch hardware may have non-functional variations in finish or production detail. We may make changes that do not materially reduce advertised function or compatibility.
6. Downloads, software and services
Downloads, software licences and online services are described on their product pages. MS Router is currently available as a free Windows download. Any paid download, service or subscription is presented with its price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation method, scope and refund terms before purchase. Software is subject to its accompanying licence and is not for safety-critical control.
7. Intellectual property and third-party services
MIKE SIERRA AERO names, original design materials, firmware, software and documentation remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party aircraft, simulator and payment-provider names identify compatibility or payment processing and do not imply endorsement. Third-party products/services are governed by their providers' terms.
8. Warranty and liability
The Warranty Policy supplements statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a mandatory right, remedy or liability. Subject to that restriction, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for incompatibility caused by unsupported third-party software or a customer's system configuration.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please first contact msaerodev@gmail.com with the order number and issue. We will investigate and respond. Consumers may also contact their competent consumer-protection or dispute-resolution authority. Korean law governs only to the extent it does not remove mandatory consumer protection available in the consumer's country.
10. Policies and updates
The Privacy, Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Warranty policies form part of these terms for their subject matter. A future revision applies to future transactions; the terms at purchase remain relevant to an existing order, subject to mandatory law.
