Privacy Policy

This policy describes personal information processing for the MIKE SIERRA AERO storefront and support. It must be read with the Seller Information page. Questions and rights requests: msaerodev@gmail.com.

1. Controller and privacy contact

The seller is MIKE SIERRA AERO (MS AERO), operated by its registered representative, Jisoo Park. The seller determines why and how customer information is used. Privacy requests and complaints are handled by the representative at msaerodev@gmail.com or +82 10-4685-6851. The public business address and contact details are listed on the Seller Information page.

2. Information, purposes and legal basis

  • Orders and pre-orders: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, selected options, order/payment/delivery records. Used to accept payment, fulfill, deliver, handle returns and meet legal duties. The basis is contract performance and legal obligation.
  • Customer support and warranty: contact details, order reference, messages, diagnostic details, photos or video voluntarily supplied. Used to answer requests, troubleshoot and handle claims. The basis is contract performance, legal obligation and, where applicable, legitimate interests in operating and defending the business.
  • Checkout, security and site operation: cart/session identifiers, device/browser data, IP and security events processed by Wix and its providers to maintain checkout, prevent fraud and protect the service. The basis is contract performance and legitimate interests, subject to any consent required for optional storage or tracking.
  • Marketing: promotional messages are sent only where valid consent or another lawful basis exists. A purchase does not by itself subscribe a customer. Each message will provide an unsubscribe method where required.

3. Payment information

Checkout is provided through Wix and the payment method selected by the customer, including PayPal where available. The payment provider processes payment credentials under its own terms. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.

4. Recipients and processors

Information is disclosed only as needed to Wix and its hosting, commerce, checkout, security and support providers; the selected payment provider; shipping/customs providers; email/support tools; and authorities or professional advisers when legally required or necessary to handle a dispute. They may process only the information needed for their function and are governed by their own terms or processing arrangements. Wix's current sub-processor list identifies Wix.com Ltd in Israel as an initial processor and lists worldwide Wix entities and infrastructure/service providers. Wix says data may be stored in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel or other locations as needed; international transfers use applicable safeguards described by Wix. The recipient list and locations can change, so consult the linked current list. If PayPal is selected at checkout, PayPal and its affiliates independently process payment and related transaction information; see PayPal’s current privacy notice and PayPal’s Korea transfer and third-party disclosure.

5. International transfers

For Korean customer information, overseas processing or storage may be necessary to perform the online sales contract under Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Transfer occurs when a customer uses the cart, checkout, order or support features; information is transmitted electronically to the receiving service. Categories can include the identity, contact, billing/shipping, order, payment, delivery, support, session and security information described above. Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) initially processes site-visitor data; Wix affiliates and service providers may process it in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and other locations shown in the current Wix sub-processor list. If PayPal is selected, PayPal and its affiliates may receive payment and transaction details in the countries described in PayPal Korea transfer disclosure. Information is kept for the service purpose and applicable retention periods in this policy. A customer can decline to use services that require overseas processing, but cannot place or manage an online order through the Wix cart and checkout without that processing. Recipient and country details can change; consult the linked notices for current names and contact channels.

Because this store is operated from Korea and uses Wix and payment/shipping providers, information can be transferred to and processed outside the customer's country, including Korea, Israel, the United States, Ireland and other provider locations. Where required, the responsible provider applies an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized safeguard. Contact us for the applicable transfer details.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for the purpose and period needed, then securely delete or irreversibly de-identify it unless another law requires retention. Under Korean e-commerce recordkeeping rules, applicable records are kept for: advertising/label records, 6 months; contracts and withdrawal records, 5 years; payment and supply records, 5 years; and consumer complaints/disputes, 3 years. Support and warranty records are kept while needed to resolve the matter and for applicable claim/record periods. Marketing consent records are kept while consent is active and as needed to document its withdrawal. Wix/payment/carrier systems may retain their own transaction or security records under their policies and legal duties.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Wix checkout and the storefront may use necessary cookies or browser storage for cart/session state, authentication, checkout, security and fraud prevention. The store does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will provide any notice and consent choices required by law before the cookies are used. Browser settings can control cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent cart or checkout from working.

8. Individual rights and complaints

Subject to the law that applies, a person may request access, correction, deletion, processing suspension/restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a competent privacy authority. Send a request to msaerodev@gmail.com with enough information to verify identity. A statutory retention duty or the need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may limit deletion.

9. Children's information and sale

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. MIKE SIERRA AERO does not sell personal information for money. Do not submit another person's sensitive information unless it is necessary and you have authority to do so.

10. Changes

Material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. The version applicable to an order is available on request.
