These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products offered through this website, including the MS747 MCP and related accessories or upgrade kits. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
MS Aero Dev designs and sells simulation hardware intended for home cockpit and desktop flight simulation use only. These products are not certified for operational aviation use.
2. Product Compatibility
Compatibility information is provided in good faith based on in-house testing and development. Supported platforms, firmware features, and profiles may evolve over time. Customers are responsible for confirming that their simulator environment matches the published compatibility notes before purchase.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MS Aero Dev reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, technical problems, or suspected abuse.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in [currency]. Applicable taxes, import duties, customs fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Pre-orders
If a product is offered as a pre-order, the estimated shipping window is provided as a good-faith estimate only. Delays may occur due to certification, parts sourcing, production, testing, or international shipping conditions.
6. Product Appearance
Minor differences in finish, color tone, or small production details may occur between preview materials and final delivered units. These do not constitute defects unless they affect function.
7. Firmware / Software
Products may include custom firmware and/or recommended profiles. Unless explicitly stated, software tools are provided as support material and are not sold as separate licensed products.
8. Limitation of Use
Products sold by MS Aero Dev are intended only for simulation and hobby purposes. They must not be used in real aircraft, training devices requiring certification, or safety-critical environments.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Aero Dev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from MS Aero Dev.
1. Processing
Orders are processed in stages:
1) Parts sourcing
2) In production
3) Packing
4) Shipment
Customers may receive progress updates during these stages where applicable.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production workload, certification procedures, carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Regions
MS Aero Dev ships to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly.
4. Customs / Duties / VAT
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing payment. MS Aero Dev is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided address information.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

Returns & Refunds
MS Aero Dev products are carefully inspected before shipment.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos or video if possible
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or return approval.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are niche simulation hardware and may involve made-to-order or small-batch production, returns for change of mind are not automatically accepted. If you wish to request such a return, please contact us first. Any approved return may be subject to restocking, payment processing, and shipping deductions.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if:
- the item has been modified by the customer
- the item has been damaged by misuse, improper wiring, improper power input, or incorrect installation
- the customer returns the item without prior contact and approval
4. Refund Method
Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges, customs charges, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by MS Aero Dev.

Warranty
MS Aero Dev provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal intended simulation use.
2. What Is Covered
Examples may include:
- switch or button failure under normal use
- encoder malfunction
- internal electrical or PCB fault
- backlight or annunciator failure not caused by misuse
- assembly defects affecting normal operation
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- cosmetic wear from normal use
- user modification or disassembly
- damage caused by improper wiring, incorrect voltage/current input, liquid exposure, impact, static discharge, or misuse
- software or simulator-side configuration issues that are not caused by hardware failure
- issues caused by unsupported third-party tools, custom rewiring, or self-modified firmware unless explicitly approved
4. Warranty Remedy
If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, MS Aero Dev may, at its discretion:
- repair the product
- replace the affected part or unit
- offer another reasonable solution

6. Return Shipping for Warranty
Warranty shipping responsibility will be handled case by case depending on the issue, destination, and practical repair method.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
